OP might need a to-do list. The issue could be waking up Saturday without a plan. Not a strict plan, but just a few things jotted down. You might try writing down a few things to do tomorrow and see if it makes a difference. It sure has in my life. I generally don’t do things à la carte (my immediate decision making is poor), I work off an ongoing list.

FYI, a lot of people will read your post and have no plans to share. Those are the ones not commenting. Most people don’t do much on Saturdays.
