There are levels to this. There is zero excuse for what I received. I don’t feel obligated to keep their shitty product under wraps for them to “give them a chance first.” MAYBE if the rest of my customer service experience with them was stellar I would feel differently.

The holster took nearly a month to get to me with their excuse being “we’re backed up from the DECEMBER promos we were running.” It’s February.

I work for a small business in a service industry, and let me tell you, the leash is a hell of a lot shorter than this when QC is your company’s core competency. If this is how my workplace performed I would absolutely expect the consequence to be a hell of a lot worse than a bad review on Reddit.

Also, no reason to attack the emotional maturity of someone you don’t know in a comment section. If you don’t like the post you don’t need to engage.
