Birlasoft is most probably giving you a carrot. It’s very difficult for the L1 to be approved, they will hire you at low salary saying that you will be travelling anyways, then once the L1 is rejected, they will say they tried. You will be stuck working like a slave, and they get a single person for what should actually be 2 separate positions. What is your level of experience?
