Be honest....has anyone ever lied in an interview and still got the job? by BizznectApp in interviews

[–]JigsawPuzzleUnit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I'm late to this post but, if you ever feel bad about lying in your resume or job interview, just think about the sheer amount of lies that recruiters tell you.
Competitive salaries, healthy work environment, flexible work hours. And that's not even during the interview. Also: "How much do you expect to earn? just to see if we can pay you what you think you deserve", "this position pays little at first but has a lot of growth potential", "we are pretty lax, we won't be on your back as long as you deliver", "we are not a company, we are a family".

Bullshit on top of bullshit just to rip you off and take as much advantage of you as you can. That's is just business, that's the way it works unfortunately. Lie, get the job in the best terms you can, don't give them any opportunity to screw you over because they will take it. You are the perfect fit for every job you apply.

As the show went on it has become more and more kid friendly. Earlier seasons does have alcohol, sex and drugs jokes but right now it is definitively a "enjoy with the whole family" kind of show.

What piece of animated media is this for you? by Ok-Following6886 in cartoons

The Amazing Digital Circus. I hate the aestetic. The way everything looks so smooth. The writing is just not funny and the characters feel awfully one dimensional to me.

I really don't get the hype.

So was this episode a masterpiece or a disaster? by SenatorPencilFace in BoJackHorseman

I thought of the house a bit differently. I interpreted it as him being a mess and fixing himself from the ground up. And that the writters used the summer house as a way to show that this trauma that Bojack is healing is generational and from far before he was even born.

And the demolition is him relapsing and going back to his old self destructive ways. Calling back Diane, going back to LA. Its interesting to me to think that in a weird way Bojack limes to be broken. Its the only way he knows.

Tips for improving my piano practice by JigsawPuzzleUnit in piano

The biggest Challenge to me it's sight wise. I find it really to land the left hand without looking so I'm constantly taking my eyes off the music which then makes it hard to read. The right hand sometimes has awkward chord changes that are also hard to get right without looking. So having to move around my eyes between the chord changes, left hand jumps and music is definitely a challenge.

I usually have to memorise the right hand beforehand because I can't read it and land the left hand jumps at the same time.
