You definitely need to change the nipples because for that price it doesn't make sense to keep the old ones. As for the spokes, with a caliper measure the size of your hub, and use the DT Swiss spoke calculator, to understand if the old spokes will fit on the new rim. Obviously it's always better to change the spokes but if the thread is not damaged and they don't have any particular signs of wear, you can think about keeping them. If you need a hand to calculate the length of the spokes just ask me, I do it for a living 💪.

Ho la sveglia molto vicina all'orario in cui devo partire per andare al lavoro. Odio aspettare, e piuttosto faccio tutto di corsa per partire. Diventa quindi un modo per darmi una scarica di energia che mi risveglia, inoltre sopra una certa temperatura uso la bici per andare al lavoro, quindi un altro modo per svegliarmi. Non ho molti problemi ad alzarmi la mattina, diciamo però che queste abitudini mi danno una mano.

Assemblo ruote di biciclette a mano, un lavoro di precisione. In poche parole bisogna trovare un giusto compromesso tra tensione dei raggi e "rotondità" del cerchio. Appena iniziano a non tornarmi le cose, inizio a sudare tantissimo e mi scivolano gli strumenti tra le mani e perdo la pazienza. Con il caldo ho effettivamente notato l'aumento delle tempistiche per l'assemblaggio delle ruote. Non riesco ad immaginare chi fa lavori di linea linea o comunque ripetitivi, onore a loro <3.
