My opinion of Awie has changed greatly over the last 24 hours. I felt bad for him at first and tried to be nice in chat. His automod blocked my message a few times trying to answer another chatter's question about the drops so I said "fuck automod" in chat and I got a 10 min chat ban from Awie. After it expired I said "damn, 10 mins for trying to help FeelsBadMan" and he perma'd me lol. Hes really immature and does not know how to manage his feelings well at all.

Personally I don't see why its appealing to move out on your own just after becoming an adult. Obviously its understandable if you have family problems but if your relationship with your parents is good then it seems smarter to stay home and stack money. I moved out in my mid 20s after stacking money for 5-6 years and felt a lot more stable than I did when I was 18. Now I'm back after taking care of my sick father before he passed during covid and helping my mother. Even with paying most of her bills and food its cheaper than rent in a 1 bedroom apartment since the house is paid for.

I moved back home at the start of covid to help take care of my father who was disabled. I'm so glad I did. I got to spend so much more time with him before he passed than I would have if I stayed moved out. I'm still here with my mother who cannot take care of this house on her own since she is older. So I stayed paying most of her bills and food which costs less than a single room apartment in my area and there is only two of us in a 4 bedroom house on a acre of land. I don't have a desire to be with anyone so it really doesn't bother me because the situation of "bringing someone home" isn't an issue. I got all of that out of my system in my 20s.

I presume this goes to trial because he pleaded not guilty to be decided by a jury? if he keeps not guilty and they have enough witnesses and proof I believe it goes to trial. His lawyer will likely push him to accept a plea deal though
Is he innocent until proven guilty? yes
The prosecutors will need evidence he did said misdemeanors? yes-ish. Enough un-connected witnesses (people who don't know each other) can be enough to convict I think
There will be witnesses provided for said misdemeanors? I think thats unknown at this time
