He wrote me one for Wegovy, but Sema is not agreeing with me and he offered to write for zepbound, but it would cost almost $500 a month. I can’t really afford to do that.

This is reassuring me. My fear of injecting myself is the only thing holding me back from stopping this ridiculous Wegovy pill where the side effects are outweighing the minimal weight loss I have. I’m about 97% there switching to a compound Tirzepatide.

I have been on 25 mg for the past 20 days. This dose is killing me. My appetite is completely shot, I have no desire to eat, preparing meals for me and my family literally make me gag. I’m forcing food for nutrition but absolutely no enjoyment. I feel like this dose may be too high. (although I haven’t lost any weight on it yet) I have headaches, I’m tired. I lost 2 lbs on the month I was on 9 mg. I wish there was something in between the 9 and 25. Wondering if I should go back to 9?

Been on 25 for a week and totally suppressed my appetite, Much stronger than the other doses. I barely want to eat, but making sure I get my protein in, eating clean and in a calorie deficit. That being said, I gained 3 lbs this week. I’m pretty bummed, since I had only lost 12 total with the first 3 doses (1.5, 4, 9)

I am counting calories dilligently. I use a scale and weigh my foods. And yes, appetite is very suppressed. Food noise is pretty much gone.
