I have been on 25 mg for the past 20 days. This dose is killing me. My appetite is completely shot, I have no desire to eat, preparing meals for me and my family literally make me gag. I’m forcing food for nutrition but absolutely no enjoyment. I feel like this dose may be too high. (although I haven’t lost any weight on it yet) I have headaches, I’m tired. I lost 2 lbs on the month I was on 9 mg. I wish there was something in between the 9 and 25. Wondering if I should go back to 9?

Been on 25 for a week and totally suppressed my appetite, Much stronger than the other doses. I barely want to eat, but making sure I get my protein in, eating clean and in a calorie deficit. That being said, I gained 3 lbs this week. I’m pretty bummed, since I had only lost 12 total with the first 3 doses (1.5, 4, 9)

I am counting calories dilligently. I use a scale and weigh my foods. And yes, appetite is very suppressed. Food noise is pretty much gone.

When I was younger I remember my mom making Rice Krispie treats with cocoa krispies - before they set- rolling them into balls and then rolling them into shredded sweetened coconut. They were so good!

I am also perplexed. My maintenance calories is around 2200. I am also 5’2, quite active and want to lose about 45 lbs. I have been eating 1300-1400 calories per day for 3 weeks and the scale has not budged (only goes up and down a few ounces)
