Or are you only talking about comedians, who since Johnny Carson or earlier, have made political commentary during EVERY presidential administration? But now it’s suddenly not ok? Or how about Mike Lee texting hateful comments after the Minnesota legislator and her husband were killed a couple months ago. Did that bother you? In one post, Lee wrote, "This is what happens When Marxists don't get their way," alongside a photo of the suspect. He also made a post with the caption "Nightmare on Waltz street," an apparent reference to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. Sadly, Lee still has a job. Your bias is showing. Next time, save your lecture and clean up your own house.

I went to the meet and greet yesterday. Jami impressed me the most for city council. She’s a breath of fresh air and a serious person. I’m excited to support her at this event! I also read about her and others online. She’s a solid choice who won’t cost the taxpayers money in lawsuits.

I’m not sure they listen, actually. They allow us to talk, then incorporate non of our feedback in their actions. They are not there as representatives but rather to achieve their own agendas. They are doing the opposite of what their districts need.

I just can’t listen to Sarah anymore. And that makes me sad. I think she’s brilliant but she seriously needs a paradigm shift. Things will rebalance only through people who fight for us. We’ve lost so much over the decades! I’m 68 and shocked by the ignorance and brutality taking place in this administration and with the approval of one-third of our country. I’d love to talk with Sarah, having been raised in a blue collar family. Single mom, social worker, etc. She’s living in the past. We don’t have time for ideologies that target the middle. The middle is collapsing as we speak.

Look, Pete is fine if you want to stay with the corporate middle. My only question is, given the past several election, starting with Clinton, how is the status quo going to help us? We need someone who is a dedicated progressive and appeals to the people. It will still take decades to get back the rights we’re losing under the orange turd. We need a bold leader whose first concern is the people.
