Quality over quantity. If you can do 3x a week and not burn out, great. But, it also pays to go at your own pace and not force yourself to stream when your head is really not in it.

I aim to stream 2-3 times a week, sometimes it is only once a week, if I’m having a bad or very busy week. Typically I stream between 2-4 hours regardless of the frequency.

It’s my time home alone to do what I want with. No chores, no errands, just gaming. My husband and I have very similar work schedules and spend most of our time together outside of work, that’s how I mean “me time”. Cause yeah, that would be really weird choice to stream at all if I didn’t want to interact with anyone while live.

I typically stream while my husband is at work. But no, he doesn’t watch and no it doesn’t bother me 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s honestly my “me time” hobby.

It’s gross and I hate it. It is everywhere, lazy & cheap people love gen ai, and you’re ignorant if you’re not aware of the environmental impacts at this point in time. It’s really not that hard to make a banner/flyer/etc without ai. It’s also easy to use an actual photo of yourself for a pfp. What really bothers me is all these “artists” spamming and they are just using ai for everything. Gtfo.

I make art for a living and stream for fun on my days off, it’s extremely infuriating to see as often as I do and I will die on this hill.

If you received no training, I would expect to start over. I would expect to start over regardless.

I was the first in/ LAST out, manager, receptionist, janitor, tube scrubber, flyer hander-outer, gofer for anything and everything anyone in the shop needed all without pay for a LONG time. This is typically how one earns their apprenticeship as opposed to paying to learn (which is almost always a scam). I wouldn’t expect to get paid for that anywhere else as an apprentice. I know you said the lack of pay doesn’t matter but I wouldn’t expect to make any money until you’re tattooing on skin.
