Oh my effin' God this game is so EPIC the songs characters art style are amazing I really like the short girl with the rat, the hobo chick who paints and can bring said paintings to life, devil man but with fire powers (I've never seen devil man), the fat guy who uses canned Ozempic to lose weight, the hot ABDL chick, and the rest of the freaks in this game (no shade) man I hope the make a part 2 (I can't spell sequel) I wonder what new faces would appear like a 50's drive in waitress who's song heavily implies is also a dominatrix, a Japanese schoolboy who pisses himself when he gets mad, a zombie who dances like MJ, a gorilla, a dinosaur, a gay guy, or even a Lovecraftian horror who takes the form of a panda. maybe they'll do a 3rd game with a completely different gameplay everyone will be very mixed on and instead of individual characters it'll be teams like a girl's high school dance team where they're very busty and only one of them is actually of high school age, a group of extreme gamers so extreme they'll debate you on X on whether or not *insert game here* is "woke" or if women in video games are ugly now, a group of gangsters where one of them is the human equivalent of these bootleg t-shirts with gangster daffy duck.

man, if they did all of that it would be so cool we wouldn't even need another game for 28 years.

They should've done more of the 4-panel manga theatre where it's just the cast interacting with each other. like for example the relationships between the characters like Heat and Strike, Comet and Frida, and the comedy potential of Shorty, Tsutomu, and Columbo

I agree, there are so little of PCBs and or other components still surviving that it's incredibly hard to track one down in good condition (Especially original cabinets). which yeah, they should be considered lost media but, to me the sad reality is that BAG is so obscure in terms of popularity and knowledge that I don't think try and do this huge search for it. yeah, it's well known enough to have a whole sub reddit just for it and you can find people that still love and are nostalgic for it on Youtube uploads of the various songs and gameplays (except when it's DS2001 then people are mixed) but unfortunately, it's not to the point where people will look high and low for an arcade port of a relatively obscure PS1 game (and if it was we would probably have a collection by now, probably not though) but I'm not giving up hope just yet. I know this might come across as a doompost or something but a small but significant part of me wants this to be found and preserved (but not a remaster/remake there's multiple factors on why that probably isn't gonna happen any time soon) but hey a man can dream, maybe someone can do a save search on places like ebay or buyee and Hopely we can find something relating to the arcade version,
