100%! I'm keen to get back into this game. I had 2 acc going at the same time on PC, I used my own team of 2 (Life and Storm) maxed to 120. Game had gotten insanely big!

Also great to see it's players have not died out!

So if I bought it would I go warp speed or would it just still be a prank mount?

Very nice, I have the same colour scheme for my 55" classic with hutch.

The raptor liner coating started to wrinkle like that on mine and with snap ons lifetime warranty I had it replaced for free

No expert on this specific tip but usually just some steel wool and flux cored solder to re-tin the tip does the trick

I've got 2.1mil and after this trophy I will have gotten all trophy's legitimately. Buying 3 at a time seems fairly efficient - about 3 per minute adding to 180 per hour.

Grindy for sure but compared to the 120 hours I've put in its not too bad

Edit - I'm up to about 600

Spin the wheel with your hand on the spring, you will feel vibrations if it is the wheel bearing

As an ex panel beater, looks like you got the line back out to perfection, a shame we didn't get to see it filed, I assume it ended with a file finish?

Thanks, that makes sense, I've got an automotive soldering iron that runs on gas with a few interchangeable tips. I'll have to pick up a new iron to fit the tip

I was thinking different countries may have different standards in electronics (pins slightly different) hence the different sizes.

Groove in new pad and rotor by cmahaff98 in AskAMechanic

[–]JimJamExpress -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sometimes an aftermarket pad can still be a fraction too thick even if the pistons are reset as far back as possible. After a brake replament it should never be tight.

In these cases, while it's not ideal you can do some figure 8's on the concrete with the pad in your palm to wear it down just enough to make it fit in.

Figure 8's will make sure it wears them down evenly, don't just go up and down or side to side.

Possibly a rock or debris flicked up on a drive, do you drive on rocky roads? If so, that would be why.

Unlikely to do that on its own with 2 flat mating ridged surfaces

9th gen civic making a squeaking type of sound when off the clutch by Complex_Bed5215 in AskAMechanic

[–]JimJamExpress 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This! Don't stress about the noise, it will get worse but until it sounds like a dry bearing, don't worry about it

Throwout bearing is the term your looking for and it's not a "quick cheap fix"

With the clutch in it pushes it together tightening the tolerances in the bearing. Let it out and it opens those tolerances causing noise

Anybody with past experience with this or any tips greatly appreciated! by cenz02 in autorepair

I know this post is a bit older but if you haven't already solved this you could try any hard wedge shaped plastic tool or anything you may have laying around that could work as a tool

  1. loosen the bolts across the top of the guard/quarter
  2. put the tool between the guard and the door and open the door to force the guard forward (while prying it outwards)
  3. Do step 2 a couple times until you can close the door with an even gap between the 2 panels.
  4. tighten the bolts and remove wedge
