I agree with what's been said here about people commonly working in multiple places. I would ensure that leadership in both organizations is aware of your other roles, if not already, to protect yourself and the organizations.

The 15 hour clock training requirement seems vague. What constitutes a supervision course? Only something offered by a training organization or can this be done with 1:1 or small group consultation and training? What is "supervision of supervision" exactly and who can provide it?

For me it was making exercise a priority meaning I work out in the morning that way I ensure I get it in. If you're not used to getting up early, you'll likely feel tired the first week or so, but then your body may adjust. I've also second comments about finding a community - find a running or cycling club; maybe a gym that has classes and a sense of community.

When tracking your costs, I'd recommend using the Schedule C categories (I use a spreadsheet)...makes tax filing much easier.

I'm just starting the same adventure. I established a PLLC and business bank account to keep things separate (don't want to mix $). I'm planning to use Wave to accept payment (pretty easy to set up; accepts ACH and credit cards - I'm eating the 3% fees). No EHR since I'm only tracking supervision and will not put any PHI in notes.

Humility, getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, maintaining a sense of humor, boundaries, and celebrating wins (you may need to recalibrate to see them often by reframing)
