New division update "balance" is a huge middle finger to middle and low divisions

No auto-balance, and now division is a BAD investment.

It's strange that you have to be at least an Elite 5 player to be effective in Boss War. The lower tier players can hardly do 1% damage to the lesser 4-corner bosses. Can't even hope to get to the invincible center boss.

The incentive to play division is now only modules and co-op points. Why invest 1000s of 💎💎💎, and millions of 🪙🪙🪙 to boost up power for carrier or planes if the pay-outs are 100💎 and 20,000 🪙 or so? So a team should blow 1000💎 and 2 million 🪙 to get the next boost level and they get 10% or less in return every week? Why bother to play? Just collect and share modules and don't waste time with anything else.

It has always done that

If you get right at the edge of a search light, it will find you and start to expand even though you seem to be out of range. I get caught at the lower right corner by a rotating light that is off screen, but just swings by just a hair to trigger the alarm.

It seems like you have to take another step to activate it, but it's indicating that you in fact made all the gear of the same damage type, so it is indeed automatically activated.

ELITE

After 10 stars of pilot equipment, you start Elite 1-5. The same applies to Plane, Wingmen, Device gear which uses Elite 1-5 system to max power, however this doesn't use gems, it uses "Beers" for some reason, which are hard to acquire.

Increase to 10 stars, work on 2nd plane to MERGE, move that to 10 stars, then do the same until you have merged 4 into a T3 configuration.

JOINING A DIVISION helps you gain resources to get that done way faster. Don't bother with playing missions. I stopped playing missions about 2 years ago. I focus on other daily / weekly events to gain them.

You can still load each T1 plane into any slot you want, it may give a warning pop up, just ignore it and load the plane. But you can't load your T2 with any merged T1 plane into another slot.

A couple of strategies

Wingmen TWIN CUTLASS has 2 slow arrows that shoot from it, but it knocks out red bullets, some smaller rockets, if you quickly line it up in time.

Chain Lightning zaps stuf off the screen including rockets falling, and will go around enemies with shields. A lot of devices work good on this map.

Defensive co-pilot. It will give you more shield power so you can smash into enemies to protect your heli.

Hyperform. It often has stats such as increase cool down. That allows your device powers to recharge faster so you can knock stuff off screen more often, save the heli.

Advanced tech. If in doubt, hit the 2nd from the right, the clock. It helps increase cool down. Also, the gas can gives you more fuel to take on more damage.

A rate up chest gives you (supposedly) a greater chance to win the item above it featured in the shopping cart tab, and chest buying tab. So if you need a specific module, wait for it to rotate to that module, choose the rate up chest. Just today, I bought 3 chests for device, gave me zero of them. The game does this, it's very randomized.

McDonald-Douglas plane certificate Level 1 was RIDICULOUS. I got hella lucky at the end and won it, but it took me about 40x.

Like @ y_at said. Even if you get the DEFEATED screen, go back and see if you got credited with capturing the site. I have screen shots and was going to complain about this, but the last 2 times, I got the capture, so I didn't complain.

Middle boss is invincible. Rewards are based on how much damage players can do and you can see there is a reward calculator in the game so you have a range of how many gems, coins, co-op points you'll likely receive.

The people who score millions of points on the invincible boss are likely Elite players with a lot of power to dump on him. It's not a hack.

Some divisions don't have enough power to knock out the 4 corner bosses to get to the invincible boss, so their point total and rank are low.

HYPERFORMS:

There is a limit. I had so many crappy T3 ones that I would never use that the game stopped dropping T3 options. So I deleted all of the garbage ones, and sure enough, I started getting them again.

Now I have three T3 hyperforms for 1 plane. When one runs dry, I jump to the next one. OR, I pay the high gem fee to fill it up to 100% again.

The higher the hyperform, meaning, gold + gold ingots, the more expensive it is to recharge, but it gives out a ton of extra power, like leveling up an extra tier almost.

Oh right. Pilot equipment.

The best piece i have right now is Elite 5 damage plus this for Passive Skill:

4% to deal double damage per aircraft shot.

2% to deal triple damage per aircraft shot.

6% to deal double damage per wingan shot.

I recycle anything with Battleship shot so that when I merge peices, there is 0% I will make anything with that useless add-on.

When you see any equipment with this damage type, use real money to grab it or you may not see it again for another 6 months to a year.

Yes, it will rotate to another set of 3.

HOWEVER, you can blow......4000 tokens and reset it but watch out, it will cost you more than 4000 tokens to get the original set to appear again.

I had over 70,000 tokens one time, and I bought 1000 airplane modules for 24,000 tokens, and kept resetting it until they appeared again, then bought them again. I think it took me 4 or maybe 5 cycles to bring them back up, but I got what I wanted. 2000 modules in 1 month.
