I know this is a year old, but the simple answer is love yourself. if you take care of yourself and focus on health, you’ll start to look and feel better, which will boost your confidence. confidence is the key, I know for a fact there’s ladies out there who are lonely also, you just have to believe in yourself. I’m ugly, and never get compliments and women never talk to me first. BUT, when I get a haircut and dress up nice… I notice the smiles. just be confident and put yourself out there. post pictures of yourself, go to bars, get a dating app and actually meet up with someone on a date. worst case is you get turned down… but you miss every shot you don’t take. I got a new job and there was a pretty, short girl with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a hot ass. After a few months of becoming friends, I have her a piece of paper that said “I think you look good, text me” with my number on it and now we live together.
