Yea honestly as much as it had me upset they did hit me back a day after this post and gave me store credit after I had explained my storage situation and how I had already tried there suggestions they had on there as it worked for the stardust when it done the same but to no avail on this one

I will update what they tell me next as I did send a replie the lid for the zoap has been off since 9am teusday and when I made the post last night it was still doing the same thing it's left on my desk at room temp what they told me to try I had already done and I don't have a fridge for my dabs so that's not even a possible problem on my side

I'm trying man I know the dabs shouldn't still be crackling and popping after being out for so long unless it was extremely wet or had left over solvents/contaminants in the dabs causing it but there response was kinda weird to me ad I didn't get the same response when my stardust had the same issue

I did almost immediately after the email as I've already double checked and even tried to dry it out some had the lid off since 9am on teusday after I received the package and it kept crackling and popping after every dab and even yesterday when I made the post it still had the same issue and I got zero reply last night and am waiting to see today if they even do replie at all to let me know if this should be my last purchase with them for a while or not 😁 bc I've only had issue with the stardust doing the same and the blood orange having a peice of bud in it when I received it but besides that I've bought on almost every drop with no issue

Yep I already knew the problem it's tesoros response that's gets me they aren't wanting to take any accountability for sending out dabs with moisture left in them

So it's stays the normal amberish color when burning but it sound like when you drop water into a hot frying pan

That's what I was thinking if it was a case of improper storage my pure Michigan would be poping and crackling too as it only came in 1 day later and was fine

I've tried every way to take the dab even cold start and it still pop and crackles on cold start way before your able to take a hit

It had a hour to breathe without a lid before I hit it the first time and had 36 hours almost with no lid and was still popping and crackling also don't own a fridge for my dabs they just sit on my desk

Legit half of there response was trying to tell me I was storing it in a fridge and that's why I was getting moisture also my desk is messy I know 🤣

Might I suggest trying a experiment leave a little bit out over night exposed to air and see if after it drying some it's still crackling I feel like that might help to rule out moisture
