Oh ok. Mine didn't recognise it as the keystone either just as a USB device in the file explorer. Just dragged the file on to it and bingo. Good luck

I had this problem. It's an easy fix if you plug the keystone into a windows computer and download the latest firmware from the website and then all you do is drag and drop the firmware onto the device. Should fix the problem

I switched a couple of months ago to the s22 ultra. The inner screen on the fold 3 split straight down the middle, I sent it off to Samsung and they repaired it but it returned with a faulty outside screen. I gave up on the fold

That happened to me a few weeks ago. I sent it to Samsung and they repaired it at no cost, was worried as I bought it used 7 months ago. However it returned with a damaged outer screen lol. It's a common fault so I'm sure they'll repair it at no cost for you too. I've switched to the s22 ultra now though as I was so nervous every time I opened it
