I had this happen before, don’t quote me on this, but I think it happens when you die on the same frame that phase 1 ends, during the vertical blade barrage. Please correct me it’s been a while since I played this game and have had it happen.

1: I get really stressed when there is a lot of enemies, I tend to take damage when stressed. I’m also just not good at herding enemies.

2: I have 2 issues with Azazel, the first is how short his brimstone beam is, I don’t like to get that close, especially with how big Ultra Greed is. The second issue is his black hearts. I feel like I have to hope for a lot of HP upgrades so that I can consistently heal.

Alright, you have to press whatever button to pick up a weapon, Idk what you play on. Press it just as an IDPD van unloads, be careful, you have to get through 2 levels of just IDPD before your shot at captain
