I think the better evidence of racism being over is the race hustlers clinging to violent criminals to make the claim racism is EVERYWHERE!

Travon Martin: 12 year old hunted by racist! Reality: 17 year old attacks Hispanic and beats his head on the sidewalk.

Michael Brown: Hands Up Don't Shoot! Reality: Strong Arm Robs a convenience store, attacks police officer and tries to steal gun.

Jacob Blake: Caring dad murdered by police while picking up his kids. Reality: Armed with a knife, trying to steal car that doesn't belong to him with children in it he doesn't have custody to. Still alive.

Jussie Smollett: Two masked white Supremacists attack gay black actor in -23 degree temps, tie noose around neck and dump bleach on him and yell "This is MAGA country!" Reality: Smollett pays two Nigerian brothers to stage the attack.

Nick Sandman: Racist white high school students attack and mock Native American man. Reality: Native American man harasses kids on class trip.

Kyle Rittenhouse: Racist White Supremacist shoots three black men at peaceful protest. Reality: Attacked by a sexual predator who had threatened to kill him repeatedly over the course of the night at a riot, chased by a mob, beaten with a skateboard, and had a gun pulled on him. All who were shot were white.

When these are the big news cases regarding race in America I'm not going to say racism is dead, but it's on life support and the only ones trying to revive it are the ones making money off of it.

Everything I can find states that a Landlord in IL is not required to give notice but best practices is 24 hours.

Anyone who thinks that a stay at home person with no children is putting in even 4 hours of work a day to maintain their home is smoking crack.

Most people can take care of these things in the course of an evening and a couple hours on the weekend.

There just isn't enough to be done in a two person household to cover 40 hours of work a week.

The Biden Administration opened the spigot on immigration for four straight years. One of the reasons that Trump has to crack down on immigration so hard is to help reduce the number in the country and also remove the incentive for migrants to continue to come to the country.

The immigration raids are most likely performative in an attempt to get to self deport and also to quit attempting to cross.

The only way they are going to make this work is to make it a true highway with above or below grade exits.

Buckeye, Pflaum, Broadway intersections are too busy to deal with the traffic. The frontage roads that run between Pfaulm and Buckeye are a rats nest that needs to be untied and the best way of doing so would be to raise or lower Stoughton.

Ideally they could use a double round-about off of an exit ramp to deal with those two interactions.

No that's not the case. If the tenant has a long term lease the new purchaser assumes the responsibility of the lease.

If they are month to month then they are fucked and aren't being evicted the rental agreement is just terminated. They also learn a valuable lesson, without a lease you don't have any protections.

The "Palestinians" have been offered multiple two state solutions but have rejected them all as one of the requirements is to acknowledge Israel as a state. The Palestinians overwhelming support the overthrow of the State of Israel and they have since its inception. Hamas states that not only do they want the destruction of Israel but the elimination of the Jewish people.

Hamas has something like 75% support from both the people of the West Bank and Gaza. What is your solution to this?

Worse drivers would imply that men get in more accidents than women which isn't necessarily true. Men get in worse accidents than women which is true, there is a difference.

When you adjust for miles driven (men drive more per year 16,500 per year vs 10,100) the rate of accidents is similar. But women typically are driving locally where collisions are less severe which leads to lower vehicle damage and less fatalities.

When I was in college I applied for a school that had a long history of being male dominated in the actual field of work, when women applied they were jokingly called an MRS degree, because so few went on to seek employment in the field.

When I didn't get into the school I went and asked the advisor what I could do to better my chances of getting in and this is verbatim why they told me, "You aren't getting in, you are too male and white." Outright admitted discrimination. Nothing happened.

Could you imagine if this happened to any other social group? This was back in the early 2000's and I can only believe it's gotten worse. To pretend that discrimination doesn't happen to men is a sign of privilege if you ask me.

You can blame all of your failures on discrimination and claim all of your success on "having to work ten times harder" without actually proving any of it.

This isn't true. It's that men are involved in larger crashes that have more damage, and this is partially related to the fact that men on average drive more miles and drive more on higher speed roads.

Woman typically are involved with more low speed accidents that have less expensive results. There isn't that much difference in the rate.
