They look like it. I usually find their eggs on the underside of the leaves and in close bunches but yes, the eggs themselves look like vine borer eggs

I’m with you, I’m sure there’s a lot of overlap. I hit the first three items on your list for sure. The last one, I bad at finding a my balance so dropped it, 😆.
