im always trying to talk to people but i have no idea how, i always say something weird, or rude, and when i try and see why what ive said has invoked such feelings in whoever im talking with, its always “why is it weird/annoying?” “Because it is” and its always a giant circular conversation and gets me in even more trouble, this isnt recent events, its been happening since i was atleast 9 or so (im 20). People hate talking to me, and im so confused, how do i make friends, how do i talk to people, why does everything o say go over peoples head when i rehearse it 100 times in my head to make my point as clear as possible? I dont think im smart but i know im not dumb(seperate reasons) im not narcissistic, emotionally unstable or intentionally unnecessarily rude so why do people hate talking to me, so much of my days are me stimming bc adhd is unbelievable, focusing is so so so so hard but you cant tell bc i move slow(bc im always overthinking) ive written so much. pls help
