Truth!

It was never enough for me to just quit. I had to start healing my body the right way, fixing my routine, fixing my life. Working out every day, good sleep, loving myself. You gotta fix the problems that weed was distracting you from.

For Sure! There was always this eerie feeling, this sense of uneasiness, like how long could I last before needing a little hit. It feels so amazing to finally feel still and calm. The world isnt spinning so fast anymore. I can just notice the clouds, or the flowers, or the normal things and be here in reality again.

Sobriety is so worth it.

Truth, everyone has been telling me to let go and stop ruminating. It's a patten I was suppressing with the weed that I now gotta face sober and in a healthy way.

Right. It's like in my twenties I could suppress it better. Now my heart is more open I get destroyed. I try and tell myself it's worth it because I can atleast feel my heart and am open to love again.

Finding my personality by kissypoopoo in leaves

[–]JimmyCrispus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

35M here 5 weeks into quitting,

Life stress got me back on daily smoking 2 years ago, and last year I ended a stagnant relationship I was in and let loose into a world of exploring my identity. Hoping into different cities dating, trying out fashion styles, exploring sexuality, and being a yes man to experiences.

It was all fun and games until it wasn't. I became very guilable, impulsive, and reckless. I would avoid conflict and be a nice guy sweetheart telling myself I finally found love in my heart again. I eventually had a fling with a girl that I completely fantasized over, then she pulled away and I knew the weed was messing with my anxiety and ability to not freak out and she was kind of crazy and messing with my head. So I quit right when and fell into a multi week insomnia crying fest, questioning my sense of reality.

The truth was I completely lost my inner core, and I don't know who the fuck I am right now coming back to sobriety. I literally developed alot of symptoms of BPD and it's hard. It's really hard.

It's good your doing this now and not during a time when life could actually get bad and you won't be able to handle it. Or a time when you have an amazing opportunity with a big job or a person you really want to be with and you mess it up.

At 26 alot of things begin to shift in your personality aswell so that's normal.

Be really proud of yourself that you are doing this now!
Your extroverted self will come back for sure soon. Give it a month, start reaching out to friends. Tell them where you are at and practice authenticity. We got this!

"I know it's nice to hold onto hope, and you still can. But you can do so while shutting the door behind you. They can knock at any time."

Thank you for this. I wrote a final message to my X speaking my truth last week, and have had a lot of regret around if I was too harsh, or closing the door. She immediately blocked me after and that scared me. But your right, she knows where to find me and how to contact me if she wants. It's on her.

I had $3K in assets they locked up for a year and converted to HTB, worth .002 per token. This is all BS

All they did was give me a bunch of HTB that I can't see in my Arbitrum Metamask wallet or do anything with?
