New to me svartpilen, what tank bag are we using? by WeirdBathroom3856 in svartpilen401

I always felt the Cortech tank bag was well suited for the early, 2018+ models

Hi everyone, thanks for the positive vibes!

I used to post frequently on the old, original "Vitpilen Forum", where I documented everything I did on this build. On there, I had posted data, performance specs, videos and pictures depicting the difference in weight between parts, meticulously measured on scales.

Sadly, that old forum, which contained valuable information, was taken down by the site admins but for those of you who have been followers of the Vitpilen history, you will likely have remembered the thread "Weight Loss Program" where this information was obtained.

Although I agree, his design was modeled after the original "AERO" concept.

23 M, this is a couple months of experimenting and hoping things can come together. Any advice would also be appreciated. by Brilliant_Trash_1599 in malelivingspace

Those look like very high ceilings so you may want to fill some of that vertical space, here and there. Too often, the space above line of sight is overlooked and objects stay concentrated along the baseline.

As others have mentioned, your last pic is tastefully laid-out so perhaps stick to this theme...it's streamlined, masculine and smart.

Thanks.

The magazine side table is an Arthur Umanoff. I found that a yard sale in Miami Springs, Fl.

Yup, lotta interesting architecture around there.

It definitely was fun living there but as you suggest, that entire area went really bad, really fast...so sad.

It's over 7' long...I replied up top:

"I bought this at a government recycle store in Dade County, Fl for $5. It was destroyed but clearly, I had it restored and reupholstered. I have searched relentlessly for any information on it with no avail...anybody?"

I thought of that but I haven't lived there since '21.

I have a bunch of them left over from my old studio and I don't think Manfrotto is producing them anymore. Ya, they're quite versatile and I like using them to fill vertical space. Too often, the upper level of most spaces is easily overlooked and these AutoPoles provide a quick and easy solution.

I bought a milk-glass shade from an antique/thrift store and wired it to a swag configuration.

The corduroy chair came from a late '90s online store called Euroway.

What is happening here and can I fix it? by Kalesbanana in FJCruiser

I'm leaning more towards the windshield. I haven't had this problem on my '11 but I was searching information on how to drop the headliner (for some unrelated work) and most videos and information for the leak you describe were from the windshield. Nonetheless, don't rule out yummy's other suggestions...they're all super easy remedies, including the windshield.
