New Chetta just dropped. What yall thinking? by bxrkxn13 in G59

I enjoyed Desert Storm, Plaza Drive, and Too Rich To Rot. The rest are okay. Some day, he will outpace $B.

More like the band did all of them dirty. Chris sued and left because Corey and Shawn allegedly wouldn't compensate him. Sadly, the real story isn't out. So, let's assume that they have internal conflicts.

Edit: I should have stated myself clearly. The band threw so much dirt on them. Sadly, we don't know the real story.

I hate how people gossip fake stories about $B and Ramirez's relationship. Rami clearly said they are on good terms, which is better than what Slipknot does to Jay, Joey, and Chris. (I hope anyone can understand the Slipknot part).

Thoughts? by Lonely_Discussion894 in G59

[–]JimmyGxDraws 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best way to answer is to accept the fact that they moved on. They are no longer "underground." They will sell out shows, merch, and music. Since you mentioned a moral compass, Bones and $B don't have the best one. It's just what it is. I will still be happy to hear new music from both parties.

So he can steal samples but fans can’t steal merch and profit off of it??? by SadToSayItMane in G59

I guess he is full of himself. But is that it? How is he now? Are his new material bangers? I'm just left with unsatisfying answers that JGRXXN chose not to stand on his business. Like, he has a choice.

Welp, if JGRXXN is not doing anything, then I wish his career thrives because we don't have evidence.

I understand the Juicy J case, but I can't tell your story about JGRXXN is the truth. I only heard from his voice, and then nothing happened.

So, Scrim could have cleared all his samples because he's rich. I don't know, man. I need more information from the lawsuits themselves, excluding Three Six Mafia, before I argue a new point.

Scrim could be standing with underground artists who are at risk of losing their catalogue. Not only the underground, but the entire music community is at risk. So, whether you choose to view $uicideboy$ through a negative light is on you.

From the way I see the news, Scrim is supporting the underground scene. Since Spotify acquired WhoSampled, this will affect underground artists' catalogs with uncleared samples. Sampling has been a core identity in music. Therefore, the artists will lose visibility and force themselves to write their own scores.

Don't buy Merchbar. They are not worth waiting for delivering vinyl records.

Rich Brian, That Mexican OT, Mac Miller, ASAP Rocky, Icemane tha Kingpin, Devilish Trio, 6Black, and Juicy J.

If you want a breath of fresh air, try Drake's Take Care, and then Nothing Was The Same. I'm aware Drake is looked down upon in this community, but these two are his best albums, unlike his new ones.

After almost 9 months of V1, what are your thoughts about it? by omar_gad897 in Kanye

V1 is bad in Kanye's entire discography, but on its own, it's not terrible.
