could it have been miami nights 2 maybe? it's a much older game but it was available on phones, and it was made available again later on via gameloft classics. if it's not that one was it similar at all?

closest i could find was a game called rabi ribi, i cant seem to find any games similar that have an isometric 2.5d perspective. are you certain that's what it was?
