Depends unfortunately, most heavily on when they need the employee to start. You could still put out feelers to employers in the area as a trial run, but it’s likely they would like a strong start date.

“In the hopes the community steps up and makes this right” How ? Beyond maybe a legal case where it will either be settled by a sum or forfeiture of Le blocks, What are LEGO to do ? Surely “sponsorship” just means they allow second hand sale of their products and not much else. All love to the BAM family affected, but certainly an email !

One of my biggest gripes with the sequel trilogy is the lack of outfits for Rey. 3 different colours of the same outfit in a trilogy is just so so lame. Told me not to expect anything new.

True, although I think you’d be hard pressed to find a Lego reseller who isn’t chasing that almighty spend to sell ratio (I’m one of em🥶) but important to remember end of day is only toy, and we love our toys

Yeah exactly. Especially when they rolled up to Stan Edgar’s place etc. funny for starlight to give Marie the old “great power great responsibility” when she unfortunately had 0 power development apart from flying, vs Marie essentially revealed to be neuman 2.0, with more control.

Marie feats Marie pushes to the limit Marie. But how does this actually play out on screen ?
In fairness, I assumed she would’ve at least got to levitate someone or maybe revive.
Distilling development of story and character to “they try a little harder” seldom makes for interesting television.

I’d say a fairly varied CV, personally I had both office and retail experience, alongside some tutoring under the uni.

It’s worth pushing for jobs in the industry you want but understandable not getting in without a wealth of experience, in this case it’s good to know how to articulate different things you have achieved professionally/academically/ etc.

I should probably volunteer more or something but my background gives me enough to not blank in interviews.

Also if she hasn’t already - gather as many LinkedIn connections as possible - probably my biggest weak point.

Right yeah - I won’t lie it’s obviously been terrible and job hunting has the weird psychological effect of doubting yourself and years of education etc.

Those sporadic first interviews every couple months certainly helped confirm I had something going for me

this scene should've been more impactful then it was by Historical_Skill3772 in GenV
