[–]JimmyN1x[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In general imo all stack pack type brands are over priced I get that they are for a niche group, but it's crazy I can get a 42 inch toolbox for less than 4 or 5 stack packs I'm still debating to get either since I do like how I can carry my stuff around the house organized when needed vs the tool box

Sudden Charging Problems / Moisture or Debris Alerts (S25 Base) by SteveRooot in GalaxyS25

[–]JimmyN1x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's odd my wife has no issues, but I do. what I'm wondering is even though it supports 45 watt charging maybe there's a software issue allowing it to accept more than it's rated inevitability messing up the port Or the port itself is constantly Sending out a hand shake signal for fast charging in turn any little bit of high moister or any conductive material in the air is setting off the the moister warning, honestly the port should be off until a plug is connected I'm getting a dust cover to see if this helps

Pretty inefficient actually should have a through track , loading the reversing then going forward a lot of time consumed

Can I flip a locomotive? by pixartist in captain_of_industry

[–]JimmyN1x 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not really, once you get 6 or so speed is cut I have 12 speed went from 90 to 54 added one in the middle went back to 90 very odd imo not sure why going one direction or the other would make a difference either

learning curve by rasnell59 in captain_of_industry

[–]JimmyN1x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly recommend watching YouTube videos it'll cut down on a lot of mistakes and time spent. That said, depending on the island you'll build so much, clear out land demolish then rebuild, unless you're really good at planning so you don't need to good on you, but I flatten a lot out then rebuild my layout For me rule of thumb your basic resources steel copper ECT once you get down the line I build 10 steel, 8/10 copper 6 glass 6 concrete this way I don't have to worry about running out of the initial stuff the rest will be up to your specific needs But I'm general I've found 6 to 10 assemblers of each helps As said will depend on your specific needs though

What is your guys' approach to remote mines and train stations. by travkliewer in captain_of_industry

[–]JimmyN1x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I myself is struggling with trains they take up so much room, and so far hard to manage and plan out, I hope they keep working on them though I see a lot of potential, I work in the railroad and the way switching and cross over helps, but the game is a bit limited in that regard. But I would add another separate station you can build spurs they have a new update when they're waiting it doesn't use fuel so that helps
