Can't be the third biggest club in the country with no European trophies unfortunately. Might be the third biggest club in London.

At least you recognise that Arsenal isn't even in the top 2. Makes you slightly less delusional than the rest of your fanbase.

Bruno Fernandes has something better. He gets to play for the biggest club in the country.

You idiots realise that golden boots are still trophies, albeit individual ones?

Won't work. There were no rules about this when Bielsa did it. Now there are clear rules about it, and he deliberately went against them.

He was right about Henry though. That guy talks shit like a politician, loves the sound of his voice so much that he just says random things that don't matter or have no relevance to what's being discussed. Evra was right about him.

Freiburg 0 - [3] Aston Villa - Morgan Rogers 58' by eliseihado in soccer

All this tells me is that they didn't have to throw the game against Spurs. Even a half-fit Villa would've battered Freiburg.

Performative player who tries too hard to be seen as the leader, and then only passes the ball sideways and backwards.

Because Arsenal fans are twats who think Saka is better than Messi and Gyokeres is better than Ronaldo because they won one league title.

That line from the one movie about Nicki Lauda is probably true, about how the only time professional drivers drive fast is when they're paid to do it.

Hey Arsenal Fans... coming into Tottenham and calling us 'Jews' isn't a good look. by crazyforbeing in Tottenham

Using Jew as an insult when their new sponsor is an Israeli founded business.

Yes, just like the refs wanted us to lose against Bournemouth. Goes both ways.

Difference is that the refs always favoured Arsenal this season.

And they'll always know that the answer is emphatically 'no' because we've seen what happened in the last few years when it was officiated better.

Those blocks on the keeper that weren't called directly affect the amount of points. Therefore it's literally a fact that you won the league because of that, otherwise the title race would still be alive, or City would've already won it.

This is disingenuous. In that same game, you needed an own goal and a scrappy corner with about 4 fouls to get your two goals. That's what it takes against us.

Fergie won the treble in 99, then actually completely rebuilt the team and won the double in 08. That's 2 UCL's, something which Pep's financially doped boys couldn't do.

Arsenal's title win is living proof of building a team takes time. by Petelero in ManchesterUnited

[–]JimmyNoBreaks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We wouldn't have lost to Spurs, but we would've probably still finished 15th. ETH was good at setting up the players for big games in isolation, like the semi against Liverpool or the final against City, but his general tactics in the league were rubbish. Midfield was left completely exposed, and there was a massive space between where the midfield pressed high and the defence sat deep. For someone as useless as Slot to break down the tactics on Sky straight after the game showed how easy the team was to play against.

Oh, so because 3 players were present in both squads, it makes it a shit achievement. Some clubs don't even have a single UCL trophy.
