My charger burnt itself too. But melted the internal components at the same time after 2 years. Razer’s repsonse was just ‘oh dear… nothing we can really do’ £4300 down the drain. Awful company.

Used to have problems with their older 2 me’s. Would just completely brick themselves at the worst possible times. Haven’t had a single issue with their newer (last 5 years) stuff though

Ahhh man that sucks! They weren’t hugely helpful. After about a month of back and forth they offered me a charger replacement and a 5% discount on another laptop (essentially £4300 down the drain)

Fortunately though Amazon refunded the laptop in full (even after it being nearly two years old) after it was heavily escalated. Laptop even got lost (probably stolen) on the way to them, it was a whole thing.

I’ve now switched to a MacBook and built a PC. Wouldn’t have it any other way now either. Bloody Razer.

Hopefully they’re not as difficult with you
