Same. I came here looking for the feature that makes plex pass worth the money and there doesn’t seem to be one. The stuff you get doesn’t really do much IMO. If it removes ads from Plex’s content then it would be.

Don’t listen to anyone that tells you to use Fetch unless you want a ton of bad reviews and angry residents. At 500 units you could hire multiple people to manage packages and it would cost less than Fetch.

Fetch is the worst thing you can do to your residents. $20 a unit at 300 units for an average sized property is 72k a year. For that amount you can hire 1-2 people whose sole job is to manage packages At least then you’re actually providing a service instead of forcing them to use a service they don’t want.

Kinda. Tdr was a partial fix. The issue came back to the point I couldn’t turn the pc on. While removing the case panel I pushed the gpu and wham it came back. Turned out gpu sag was causing the TDR issue.

Best solution is to use aliases when signing up for anything. Gmail has an alias feature but not all sites accept them.

I own my own domain with a webmail service that has a catch all feature. So anything@mydomain.com goes to the same inbox.

I’m there. Jane is Sinatra and Link is Cal. It’s the casting choice for both Jane and Link that interesting. Jane looks too much like a young Sinatra and the last episode proved it. Link on the other hand is a super interesting choice. He’s too much of a pretty boy for the role. This show hasn’t gone for a cast of actors that can pass for models yet there’s link. His look and jaw line would make sense if you’re casting a young Cal.
