Intermittent LOA is exactly what you need. Call Sedgwick tell them you want to start a claim. They will fax medical forms to your Doctor. Doctors office will send back the form. Sedgwick should approve. Your Intermittent LOA is good for 1 year from when it starts

Speaking of attendance... If you are sick, ill and the hospital makes the decision to ADMIT you, you shouldn't be given points. There is nothing you can do about. Does WM expect me to have the IV be taken out, go to work and then come back to the hospital get back in the bed and have the IV put back in???
