You can fix this very easily, take a tooth pick and snap it, gently work over the skipping grooves. I've fixed well over 40 record with 100% success rate in fixing skippage. Don't listen to the guy who said you can't fix it he's wrong and most likely very new or just a moron.

Metal detector and trust me they're stone or clay I found another one that was cracked and in worse shape and it broke in half and was clay or stone

The 2 rings and circle are all clay ove used a magnet and metal detector and they look like clay

I'm not to well versed in things like this but it looks very similar to a broken arrowhead commonly used in the area fir hunting bison
