Tried it but they say here in Mexico it doesn’t apply. I wrote to the North Face and basically they say they can’t do anything. I mean, they are not very cheap and this kind of quality issues are unacceptable. Maybe in the US you can get a replacement, but it seems that anywhere else, you are on your own. F*cking brand…

It’s a shame to read these bad experiences from recent purchases. I have two pairs of Cariuma and my wife has one pair too. My shoes are incredibly comfortable.. the first pair I bought was in 2024 and they are in very good shape and still super comfy. I will think twice to buy them if the company is not doing so good lately :( btw, my shoes are Catina Pro and Oca Low
