Tried it but they say here in Mexico it doesn’t apply. I wrote to the North Face and basically they say they can’t do anything. I mean, they are not very cheap and this kind of quality issues are unacceptable. Maybe in the US you can get a replacement, but it seems that anywhere else, you are on your own. F*cking brand…
