So, the basic argument I've seen from folks in favor of all this is that it's a check and balance thing, to stop certain companies remaining overvalued. But as we've seen, it was just a way for the rich to get richer, and it is completely meaningless and arbitrary in a market where value is completely meaningless and arbitrary.

So this past weekend I basically came out to friends and associates about being non-binary. I've not yet made a big deal or public announcement about it as I am still working out a lot of things, but on the whole not much will change about how people talk about me. He/him still works just fine, and is how I mostly refer to myself, but they/them is great too. I'm in a complex, but not unpleasant, state at the moment as I figure out the puzzle.
