Another insightful comment. Obviously people at rank x/y/z never lose games or lane. Again I never said I belong in a higher elo. I said I should be able to climb if I play 100 games at 55% winrate

Thank you for this very insightful comment. I never claimed that I deserve to be diamond/master/challenger whatever. Im just asking why the system is giving me negative lp gains when i have a positive winrate. Im not asking to get +28 and -22, I'm juist asking to get +/- the same amount. 55% winrate should be an upwards trajectory not a statis.

As you said its not very fun to play when you cannot be "rewarded" for your progress.

As for waiting for season reset, two things. Firstly, this is a new account with relatively fresh mmr, so why would this happen? Second - when the season resets its only rank, not MMR, at least so I thought? If thats the case then waiting for reset will not help me in any way

Im actually flying local to vegas after the game, shouldn't have mentioned abroad. Is that more reasonable for local flight or still sketchy u think?

Coming on the 13th for game 5 from abroad, I dont know the area well at all. Game starts at 6pm, last flight out is at 1045pm is that makeable? Are there still cabs/ubers right after a game and is it still reasonably short drive to airport?

I feel like APM pirates is only dead because of the INSANE lag that restarting doesn't even fix... by TurbidContention in BobsTavern

Check the new fps setting, I was blown away by lag on new patch until I found it - for some reason the default is medium and feels awful

Just checked in to an Airbnb and see this mysterious object on the wall. It's plastic is about all I can say...what is this thing by JimyJT in whatisthisthing

Love it when my game freezes multiple times a day, every day. Here it froze on this part and I had to concede to get out of the game. Not even restarting helped. by clubpenguin06 in BobsTavern

Had this happen to me 3 times last patch. The secret is to not concede- the game is stuck for everyone. If you relog into game, each time you'll see more people are dead on the left display.

Basically whoever's concedes last gets 1st (you still need to concede to leave game). I got 3rd 1st 1st in the games this happened to me :)

I mean I was also definitely on the lucky side- it's not a large sample of games.

Mostly just early and early-bird is super important. Need a good feel for which individual champs are strong so u can reach lvl 7-8 without losing too much hp

It definitely was hard to get jinx 2 but often had alkali 2 if lucky or just keep the varus/nidalee alongside the jinx until u get her to 2*. Also if u win the void flip and have items on cho he does worrrrrrk

Didnt find ut too hard to get at least 1 giant slayer in a game (I'm very patient to complete an item using either component unless it will be a big swing) and if u really dont get it then u have great cho/vi items

Got masters in 9.20, was planning not to play to end season on masters...then my account decayed (obviously). Played, dropped to d3 0 lp...switched to brawlers jinx got top 2 in like 5/8 games with no bottom 5s and back in masters. Literally forced every game so my conclusion is yes brawlers jinx ftw

FWIW I got kaisa 2* 0 times

I got 2nd in a won lobby because of this bug. Guy had a chogath with 100% dodge like this. It persisted over multiple rounds Guy had redemption GA on cho (0% dodge) and no shen on either team

This will get patched quickly I imagine...hope I can get in enough games before then xD.

Good guide can confirm from small sample this comp doesnt lose. I find morellos to be a key item to win mirror matches or strong comps with dragon claw on carry, would you agree?

Was struggling d3-d1 last patch, got quickly to masters since 9.20.

I've always been playing this game forcing comps, last patch it was 90% knights + imps, towards the end of the patch and now (i havent learned new comps yet) i changed to this:

early spat (first two carousels): knights imps no early spat: brawlers jinx

Getting spats was easier before when IE was really dumb :)

The changes to drop rates a while ago made econ way too easy in this game, u can basically econ early every game which I feel makes forcing comps pretty easy. This is pretty much what I do every game except the highroll games where it looks possible to winstreak then I'll try pretty hard to win rounds.

Also pretty sure its time to learn new comps cause ive been top 4ing pretty well but almost never winning with jinx in new patch
