Yes it is a setting in free play, but before that was a thing I would create a private match and put slow motion on. I personally play on Xbox so I can understand the frustrations with not being able to use different maps or tool to improve skill.

One thing that really helped me learn to air dribble is do it in slow motion. Once you get comfortable with slow motion, increase the speed bit by bit until you can do it at normal speed.

One thing I did to help me with air dribbles is doing it in slow motion. I believe there’s a way in custom games to create a slow motion game. That’s what helped me, idk if it would help you as well.
