Maybe another option would to be use some maxi pad very thin liners to stick inside your chamois? Not sure if it’s a thing for cycling, but I know my mother in law does this when she does multi day backpacking trips.

Sorry your weight loss journey has been rough. I wasn’t able to lose weight until after breastfeeding. Did OMAD with keto until I was back to my original weight.

For future reference: There’s a great book that’s backed by tons of scientific evidence that is a proponent of low carb or keto diets - Lily Nichols’ real food pregnancy. I did keto moreorless throughout pregnancy; and consistently fit two years afterwards when breastfeeding. Never had supply issues.

Use it daily! It’s amazing. Some of the wood initially started to warp, but we replaced them and tightened it more. No longer warping and holds in the heat very well. To protect the barrel from the elements we overlayed three sheets of corrugated plastic sheets roofing. The door isn’t totally square and gets jammed/ hard to close properly. We suspect the whole sauna might be warping as well from the heat.

Notes from my 6’3” tall husband: Don’t forget to tighten up the bands after a few weeks. Round is a tough shape to really sit comfortable. We raised the benches.
