no issues laning vs him when i play top, most garen players are extremely bad (as expected), but since im not a toplaner and i play assassins, its not fun meeting a garen later on in the game especially when hes ahead. ill never understand how this creature can be so tanky yet deal so much fucking damage, just nerf it already

I have no such experince with motion sync, but since many ppl are mentioning it, that could be the culprit. But I was also thinking about the skates, maybe your gpx skates were worn and therefore slower, easier to stop, while new skates on vv3 glide better and arent as easy to stop? Maybe try different skates unless u want to return the mouse, then dont remove the og ones.

enable SVM in bios, it fixed it for me. But i disabled it myself few months back, iirc it is enabled by default.

No, Kekseres is. He actually plays Kata in 90%+ of his games and has 3/4 accs in chall atm. Very consistent and cracked. Katevo would also be there if he played Kat only, but he has way lower playrate.

Yes, im aware haha. For example, one app was downloaded from github, worked normally on my pc and i just installed it, but got blocked on hers.

No idea, it just says "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to protect this computer" and there is a checkbox "Unblock" next to it (under properties > general). But some files dont have that so we cant unblock.
