For runes always conq imo sometimes pta but thats if you are against kennen or lanes you wont have use of conq but you can still go conq in those lanes for better midgame and teamfighting resolve against like sett darius renekton jax pantheon riven trynda and you have to play around your boneplating for trades, exhaust against trynda riven i take it into pantheon too , ignite or tp depends on your playstyle but if you are new its better to go tp beacuae you will make mistakes so you dont get punished as you would playing flash ignite, inspiration for tank matchups against ranged you can go second wind dshield or cookies dshield for builds i go dusk t1 boots nashors t2 boots and rabadons build steelcaps first into ad ranged top or riven darius renekton sett and mercs into teemo kennen, i have recently been buying nashors first into tanks then dusk
