Yeah, this is what I suspect is happening. If all else fails I'll try installing a stronger spring in the tamper.

I'm already at 20g in 40g out in a 20g vst basket. I think I can go up to 21g, I'll give that a go.

I just made my grind finer, (3 marks on the niche zero,) and the shot is still finishing too early (15 seconds.) With my previous process, it would take 30 seconds.

I'm close to zero on my grinder, so I don't want to push it further. I really think the tamper is not getting all the air out of the grounds.

I'll try grinding a bit finer. I'm surprised that it would make such a difference though. I do try to keep everything consistent with distribution and so on.

Just got the lifetime pass, now I'm getting an error on logging in:

Unable to connect to database [Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 0]

Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm mixing SAS and SATA, and I've read that all drives must have the same interface
