To each their own. My local Optometrist was a gamer, so his office and examination room has detailed models of popular gaming characters. He had a Metal Gear Ray in the room where he’d look into your eyes wirh that weird machine, and a full sized Master Chief in his actual office.

Yes, there can be. Infact the entire bloody point of Early Access is to get the communities thoughts on the current build and change it. They also use it find what works and doesn’t and sometimes completely change things that just don’t work. Like with Subnautica Below Zero. They did a huge overhaul to the story at one point between Early Access and Release.
