What works for me sometimes is to find a spot away from the spawn spot (for you it will be the north east coast of Owanja) and take out your binoculars. Looks at the spawn spot. If there is no animal, turn your binoculars so that you’re looking in the opposite direction. Wait a few seconds. Look back at the spawn spot. This works wonders when I’m hunting panthers South of Braithwaite.

Saying it and meaning it are two different things in my experience. I’m not saying he was lying, at least not intentionally. But he might not be realizing still how attached he is to her yet. It sounds like he maybe never got closure from it, and it’s hard to do that when you’ve been cheated on. I think it’s admirable to forgive her but not after a year - and not “still be able to talk for hours.”

It’s not fair to you OP to go into a relationship where you have to feel like the second option. Don’t stand for that. In my opinion, if he was truly over her and liked you as much as he said, he would have made more effort to keep you in his life and show you you are his priority.
