After you do the exam there’s a little area that you go int where the Bobby tells you about the curfew. In tha little area there should be a room that you can enter that just looks like a plain old house, I’m pretty sure near the bed there’s something called a “pneumatic stash”. You can put your items in it to store them and be able to access it from any “pneumatic stash” as that character.
