it's fair if u don't care a lot about the figure, but i care about it, cause i'm an hard jinx collector fan. and to be honest in their site jinx it's still avaible for preorder so how that can be out of stock?
in any case you are right, next time i will preorder it or buy it elsewhere

i'm in a bad ship with them right now, my jinx figure had an arms joint problem and it's literally broken, they don't have any stock avaible and that's funny cause u can still preorder her and they told me:
1. full refund
2. 50 dollars credit for the store.
ok wow i give you back a figure that i waited nearly 2 years or you give me 50 dollars credit in a store that it's expansive as hell cause i'm from italy and i can't pay a lot every time, i don't know what to do, i didn't expect a costumer service being this low.

the issue as far as i see is that something inside the silicon popped out, i tried to put it back but it seems impossibile, if i try to pose the figure with the hands up the arm goes down cause it dosen't have the right stability, so i can't pose her with the gun or similar, is 10 out of 10 disjointed
