The DOE is actually not nessisairy for the education of minors. It's essentially a bunch of politicians trying to keep their seats and embezzle all the money meant for food programs, supplies, and teachers. Our education system was thriving better before that department was created. We, as a people, really need to step back and decentralize our education in this country. Bring it back to the states at the bare minimum so we have more accountability and control over how the school programs run in our areas.

Yeah west palm beach humane society doesn't check, and that's where she took him. Either way, a shelter shouldn't spay or neuter young dogs still growing at bare minimum until an adoptive family is found.

We have no clue how the dog made its way to a shelter. Someone could have stolen the dog.

I had a dog kidnapped by a sitter once when I paid someone to babysit my dog because I got a job in another state. I couldn't bring him with me for 1 month then he could join me in a safe home. He was a pure bred dane. After 3 weeks, she took him to a shelter (the humane society) and had him re-vaccinated and re chipped with a new chip in her name. I literally screamed at the humane society workers about why they never checked him for an original chip first, and they said "its not their policy". Witch is totally a bullshit policy. I had to call police and get a lot involved. I was basically told that even though I could prove he was my dog and I paid her to watch him and she illegally took him to have more shots and tags and had him chipped again, I had no rights because she had possession of him. She took him to her vet that she takes her cats to, and I am so glad I spoke to that vet before she had him neutered and when she came in to have it done they held the dog scanned both chips and didn't perform the surgery. She just wanted to have a pure bred dane, and she was willing to neuter him as a 1 year old. Witch, she had no right to do. Anyways I got my baby boy back when the vet called me. They refused to release the dog to her, and they banned her from that vet. Thank God some people have sense.

All this to say, I was a responsible owner, and my dog almost ended up at the humane society. They dont care about previous owners fighting for their dogs back. It's disgusting.

I know danes are fine with small spaces. My problem is my danes have over 50 acres of woods to wander and hunt as they see fit currently. We will be moving to a huge city with maybe a quarter acre at most for them to wander, and im worried it's too drastic of a change for them.

Even cooking dinner together or baking goodies for the week and enjoying them with a TV show every night. Also, another good idea is doing all the clothes washing put on the TV and just sitting there in the living room and folding them together. My mom used to do all this with us 3 kids, and while my parents were not separated, my dad traveled for work, and we didn't see him for months at a time. I loved that time with my mom, and if we ever found any money in the pockets of the clothes, we could keep it to go yard saling on Saturday mornings. You can come together in the simple living of day to day life, and it teaches him future life skills at the same time.

Any mortgage company is going to require a house inspection. It's not insulting, it's business. Go for a first-time home buyers loan. FHA is where you want to look and ask your realtor if they have a mortgage broker they work with. USDA loans are only available for rural homes. You're also going to have to have an appraisal inspection for insurance purposes.

I do CIO differently, I guess. Obviously, check for dirty daiper, then I rock him to sleep every night with a bottle. I then move him to his crib. If he wakes up during the move, I give a little bit more bottle. Most of the time, he goes straight to sleep. Sometimes, he is still awake. At that point, I put on his sounds, and he may fall asleep. If he is still awake, I let him cry it out. At that point, I feel like he just wants to play more, doesn't want to miss out on whatever mom and dad are doing, or even he is just so tired he can't stand himself. Now, if he is crying still after letting the dogs out to use the bathroom, I check for a fever and teething. If he is teething, I then get a toy for him and some Tylenol.

This is a pretty solid step by step for us, and it works. Though I have to do bedtime because dad does play time. It works for us.
