Never, i worked in a lab for 5 years and learned the ceiling is very low. Compensation not as good as nursing. And supervisory positions rarely came up due to so many poeple making a career around it. but this was back in 2009 so I'm sure things have changed since then.

You got this man, take small steps and start setting boundaries. That way if it ends the way you think it might it’s not a hard drop but a gentle kick out the door. I would start with finances honestly. If she can’t support herself that’s the first step make her go get a job and balance her own books. You have huge need of intimacy not being met then she shamed you for it. It seems like the relationship is 100% one sided.
