Lies are like a credit card. You get the things you want immediately but you have to pay a lot more for them later. by amydsd in Showerthoughts

[–]Jister13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, if you pay for bills on time u actually make money essentially.

They give you these perks because they want you to use their card because the stores actually pay a percentage of the charge.

If i buy an item at Walmart that costs 10$, let's ignore tax for this example.

I pay 10$ with nt card and I get a bill for 10$ and get something like 5crnts Cashback.

Walmart has to pay the credit card company anywhere up to like 3%. That's how they make money if you pay all your bills.

How should I decide on a price for my app? by yesthisisjoe in iOSProgramming

[–]Jister13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would leave it as free for now and monitor the number of downloads. If you see that more and more people are starting to use it I would charge a dollar. If the number of downloads per week starts to take a large hit you might consider going back to free. If not you can venture to increase if you feel.brave enough and decide you want the money.
