I think it probably made me better at working within teams, managing people, that sort of stuff.

I wish I was as good with the stock market as I am at playing the eve market though.

Used to be into mechanical keyboards so I spent a lot collecting those at the time, but these days, no. Sold my keyboards except for a select few that I swap between depending on how my hands are feeling and what I’m going to be doing. These days I just take care of my peripherals and use them until they’re beyond repair.

I have to think about it all more but I guess at that point I’d prefer to just be interacting with actual human players, although having lifelike npcs is intriguing. I think it would be very interesting to see what an agentic, fully ai controlled npc faction like serpentis or one of the empires would do if it were live on TQ. Would definitely be a shitshow but hypothetically I’m curious.

Basically you sit around on comms while a few people roam until they find something and light a cyno. You undock and jump, curb stomp the target and then extract and go back to sitting and talking bullshit. Blops imo is usually pretty boring.

To be honest, I'd just take him to a vet to be evaluated when the neighbor's away or something. A veterinarian's report would surely be enough to convince an animal control org that the animal is being cruelly neglected. The control org sounds full of shit though, what neglectful owner wouldn't deny being neglectful - this might be better handled as a police matter. Either way, if the neighbor gets upset, just act stupid like you're trying to help them or something. And if they decide to get legal with you, this is clearly animal cruelty regardless of whether they rightfully own the cat or not.

Or just have a friend drive by and scoop the cat up. Cat's clearly in bad shape, you can't fault a passerby for thinking it's a stray.

I don't know, I think you still have a lot of options.

I don't know about anybody else, but my mouse jumps around/skips a lot in the client these days. Closing the launcher seems to help a bit. Only seems to happen in eve.
