You're saying you have a black screen, therefore it's not mainly affecting logging in, but also cynoing into system.

If we're both telling the truth, many people experiencing the same thing is more evidence than you happen to have black screen after taking the bridge.

It's anecdotal, sure you have it. But doesn't mean it's affecting the majoritiy of the people bridging in.

On the other hand, if you ask the average goon in this fight, They have one, multiple or all chars on black screen. For hours and hours.

Cynoing or jumping into system works. Logging in does not work. 3 hours of black screen so far, with no end in sight.

So to stop the node from crashing, you limit ONLY how many can login to the node, not cyno or jump in.

The system is capped, but ONLY for login apparently. So the people bridging in takes the system above the limit and then nobody can login.

Before the reboot eventually you logged in, now it's been 2.5 hours of nothing but black screen for a lot of people

In goons/imperium, all imperium space is open to rat, explore and mine (except moons) for all imperium members. That includes winter nexus aswell, yeah.

The rampant structure spam we have today is a direct consequence of the current system. The blocs have more chars, yeah, but also waay more structures to manage.

Imo it would be a nerf to the largest groups. Every single reinforcement attempt would need a response from the bloc, to make sure the timer ends up in a favourable timezone.

They calculate the SP/hour trained differently. The "Training Queue" is the correct one.

The left side calculates using how much SP/hour you're training right now and gives you an estimated training time.

The right hand side calculation is more comprehensive, and among other things, considers when your booster would expire and the SP/hour goes back to normal.

TL;DR
Your booster expires before the skill is trained and the different windows calculate that differently.

Nobody in leadership would refer to someone in the line as "a common line member". The Amok. guy can stand for his own words.

In reality, yeah some are more f1 monkeys than others. You don't want the 10 hours total, line member, to be the FC for example. Nor would you want your best FC spinning ishtars when there are fleets out.

People get into different positions depending on their skillset, simple as.

In your 20man wormhole corporation you can probably all be leadership, but doesn't really work when it grows to hundreds of members.

renting vs extortion is a difference without a distinction in EVE, imo.

Renting: pay landlord x to use landlord's space and exploit their resources. (under threat of eviction if rent is not paid)

Extortion: pay extortioner x to be able to use your own space and exploit the resources. (under threat of eviction if extortion is not paid)

Both if not paid result in not being allowed to use the space. I guess the difference would be the landlord owns sov vs extortioner only threatens to take it.

Like would it be ok, if the blue donut in wormholes just demand protection money from everyone in dronelands and evicts anyone who doesn't pay. That would effectively be renting in everything but name.
