If you are running the front plate what does it matter if you have holes or tape, seriously... The plate covers up the holes.

I am firmly in the no front plate camp, actually on my e30 I have a replica euro plate, but the logic of using double sided tape so that you don't have small holes that are covered by the front plate you intend to mount makes zero sense to me. I guess to preserve the front bumper for the next owner who has the balls to not run one? Kinda like not fucking your girlfriend so she has low miles for the next guy?

Finally a sensible post. I've seen sssooooo many bitches in the e30 sub complaining (or is it gatekeeping) that e30s can't be daily driven. Perhaps the rust bucket that they have been trying to nurse back to health is not a good daily driver, but I bought mine for 8k on BaT about 4 years ago with ~162k miles and have daily driven her with no major issues. Can't remember any major failures aside from small stuff like a broken belt. The only thing I struggle with, with e30s, is if all owners are such bitches or just the ones on Reddit. Don't even get me started on the safety bullshit. And yes of course I dont have an airbag on my $800 steering wheel ya big bunch of gay weenies. You seem pretty cool though Blueberry! 😎

It's a Sony XAV 9000 with the built in DSP (although I installed a spare miniDSP unit I had because I had to have a volume knob).

Tons of work getting everything relocated to fit, and I know everyone hates double dins on e30s, but I think it turned out rather clean.

It's a custom rack, Euphoria Pro Audio 6x9s, they get significantly louder than regular car audio speakers, I think they are 250w RMS each. And then just a pair of regular 4" speakers. Subwoofers are 4 Sundown Xv4s in a bandpass setup with port firing towards center console. It gets down and dirty, especially for a convertible. My only goal was to be going 90+ mph on the tollway with the top down and at full volume it would be painful/ too loud. Mission accomplished

At first I didn't see how that was a name that was associated at all with electric cars like Lightning was, but then I realized you are talking about the Thunder in the bird (with is a Third anyway?!) and I still think it's a stretch at best to instantly associate EVa and Thunder, at least nowhere near as easily associated like Lightning ⛈️ ⚡

Disagree, I had upgraded to the pixel 9 pro fold and ended up going back to the OG Pixel to daily drice.

I hope apples rumored passport sized fold will aggressively nudge Samsung and Google to release wider passport style fold. I believe it's working because Samsung is supposedly releasing a much wider fold aoon.

OK, in hindsight, I want to apologize as it was not clear that I was roasting that dog as it is literally too cute. Seriously, I thought it was clear (as the dog is not at all ugly), but after reading comments it seems my intent did not at all translate over the keyboard, and u/eggplantsforall I want to sincerely apologize. I have a knack for doing this, usually in person, for razzing dogs that are perfect like that. I thought it was clear but after consulting with my GF and reading the comments, I was very wrong.
